Due to a strict timeline, I reached out for a local finish carpenter able to also perform a full kitchen remodel if needed. I was contacted by licensed carpenter and owner. Mario of Laguna finish carpentry almost immediately. He quickly scheduled a free on-site estimate and got it out to me right away. When I asked if he would be able to make the timeline of completion by end of month, I was told yes. Due to multiple experiences with multiple contractors I had my doubts.. boy was I wrong the finish carpentry scheduled the project on the exact day needed to make the timeline. To my surprise, look good. I finished carpentry started the project with every piece of material required to facilitate from start to finish. Not once hearing a required piece of material is on back order. Something I had never had the privilege of hearing before. I received a quote from three contractors one of which being a contractor referred by a friend. Laguna finish carpentry price was very competitive compared to the other two quotes.. this worried me that quality may become an issue. Again, Boy was wrong. This job is finished within the required timeline as well as passes final inspection on the first try. This company is in the future of our next generation of younger contractors. The success is inevitable.
